Compensation
We expect a lot from our employees and we strive to compensate them commensurately. We believe our employees should be evaluated and rewarded based on their accomplishments and skills. As a result, a significant portion of every employee's total pay is structured as incentive compensation. Goals and achievements are measured at least once a year through a performance and review system that includes assessments by both the employee and manager.

Technology
We embrace technology as the tool to enhance productivity for our clients and our employees. Our office is fully automated with the latest in business hardware and software. One of the most frequently used tools at ArlenGroup is our intranet site, TAGnet. Here, employees find detailed standards and instructions for providing client services; an on-line library of reference information; company policies, procedures, and benefits information; as well as news about recent company or employee achievements and upcoming events.

Community
ArlenGroup has a program of holiday charitable giving. Each year, a different recipient organization is selected by our employees.

Monthly, informal forums that provide employees with an opportunity to stay up-to-date on new business, service standards, industry news and other issues of interest.
