Service Performance Guarantee
The Guarantee
ArlenGroup guarantees we will meet or exceed client expectations in the overall delivery of employee benefit consulting and brokerage services.
What We Put at Risk
If we do not meet our clients service expectations, we agree to refund a portion of our income. Because plan complexity and revenues increase according to employer size, the amount we put at risk increases accordingly. The following table identifies the Dollars at Risk by employer size:

How We Are Measured
Each client completes an initial and a year-end Benefit Advisor Value Appraisal (BAVA). If our score does not meet or exceed 8.5, we agree to refund the following percentage of the Dollars at Risk:

Notes
- Service Performance Guarantees apply only to clients for whom ArlenGroup provides comprehensive benefit plan management services.
- Service Performance Guarantee refunds are paid within 60 days following the close of the clients evaluation period.
- Clients with multiple staff members involved in benefit delivery are required to
provide a collective evaluation through the BAVA tool.
- ArlenGroup reserves the right to modify the Dollars at Risk based on the terms of each client engagement.
