	April 2008, Article, San Francisco Business Times How to Choose a Benefit Package: Consider a Wellness Plan as Part of a Benefits Package San Francisco Business Times interviewed Bret Goodman, a principal of ArlenGroup, to gain his perspective on the role wellness plays in choosing a benefits package. Goodman is quoted as saying, "Their behavior impacts how much health care they use. So helping people take care of their health will keep them out of the health-care system." He goes on to say, "It's about wellness, and helping people understand their lifestyles." For wellness programs to work, Goodman said, "It takes executive buy-in; people need to understand the reason and rationale."
	April 2008, Article, National Law Journal More Law Firms Offering Programs for Elder Care Recognizing the need to provide benefits for elder care is becoming an important issue for employers and their employees. Roger Arlen, founder and principal of ArlenGroup, was quoted in the National Law Journal stating, "The number of law firms offering elder care remains small, in part because few providers are available. We're starting to see some of it, but I don't think there is huge ramp-up. My feeling is there is a very significant need not being provided. The productivity drain is significant when employees are dealing with adult care issues.''
