Time is running out – Enforcement of the San Francisco
Health Care Security Ordinance is less than 90 days away
With the last remaining legal hearing for this ordinance set to be heard on November 02, 2007, it appears
that enforcement of the San Francisco Healthcare Security Ordinance is on schedule. The
Ordinance is applicable to employers with at least 1 employee operating within San Francisco’s City Limits.

One of the biggest obstacles encountered in the adoption rate of consumer driven plans has been the general lack of financial information regarding the true cost of medical procedures.
