The Strategic Benefit Index (SBI) is a tool for strategically managing benefit plans.
Designed for employers who want to use employee benefits as part of an overall strategy
to improve employee retention and recruiting, the SBI identifies action steps that are
likely to have the greatest impact in helping the organization to reach its benefit objectives.
Step 1: Online Assessment
Review a list of six core elements of benefit management and indicate how important each area is to your organization's benefit management objectives.
Then, answer a multiple-choice questionnaire designed to assess your organization's general progress in each of the six core areas of benefit management.
Step 2: Your Personalized Report
ArlenGroup will evaluate your responses and prepare a 22-page custom report for your organization.
The report will not only include an overall progress score, but also identify and prioritize specific
actions that will assist you in closing the gap between your benefit management objectives and actual program performance. When your report is ready,
we will contact you to arrange delivery and a follow-up consultation.
